Step 3 — Payment: Venmo or Cash App for shipped orders; cash or check for hand delivery.

SHIPPING

  • Orders ship within 7–10 business days.
  • The buyer pays shipping.
  • If local, Lu will deliver or meet somewhere.
  • Orders ship internationally; international laws and fees apply.
  • Large canvases are shipped rolled unless discussed otherwise.
  • Shipping insurance is an optional add-on at the buyer’s cost, declared at the full sale price. Note: FedEx has a $1,000 declared-value cap.

RETURNS

Returns: as a rule, no returns, for originals and merch. Special cases are at Lu’s discretion.

Damage in shipping: to be covered for damage in shipping, buyers must buy an insurance policy or pay to have insurance added to the shipping purchase. No damage-reporting time window has been decided.
